Objectives: analyzing the effect of the COVID – 19 pandemic in complete routinary and non - routinary vaccination in children during the first 18 months of life and the influence of sociodemographic factors. Methods: a cohort study was performed with follow - up of 2007 children recruited in two periods: pre - pandemic (January - June 2018) and pandemic (March 2020 - May 2021). The 2018 group contains 962 participants and the 2020 - 21 one contains 1045. Unconditional logistic regression was employed to evaluate the relationship between vaccination (complete vaccination or non - routinary) and socioeconomic factors.
